Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who actively engage in and contribute to the AAEA entrepreneurial community, including but not limited to:
- Entrepreneurs who own or control a business with notable assets or annual revenue.
- Individual Investors with moderate to significant liquid assets.
- Corporate Executives in prominent organizations
- Mid-Level Managers in financial institutions
- Domain Experts in institutions or organizations managing significant business budgets.
- Industry Leaders in business-related associations with sizable memberships.
While not required, applicants are encouraged to submit eligibility verification documents to support their membership application. Acceptable documents may include a lawyer’s or banker’s verification letter, an independent audit report, institutional financial statements, or a URL linking to an organization’s budget webpage.
Membership Obligations
Members are expected to:
- Maintain an active AAEA membership.
- Support and promote the mission and vision of AAEA.
- Stay current with the annual membership fee of $50 or opt for a lifetime membership at $300 (rates are subject to change).
- Pay additional fees, if applicable, for select member-exclusive events.
- Uphold and enhance the positive image and reputation of AAEA.
- Actively share ideas, information, knowledge, and networking resources with fellow members.
Member Rights
Members have the right to:
- Participate in AAEA activities and access shared resources and information.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for AAEA's development.
- Vote in the election of AAEA executive committee members.
- Be eligible for election as an AAEA executive committee member.
Membership Admission and Resignation
- Admission Process: Applicants must submit a membership application form. The AAEA Executive Committee will evaluate the application and make the final admission decision.
- Resignation Process: Members may resign from AAEA at any time without penalty. However, membership fees are non-refundable.
- Re-admission Process: Former members who resigned may reapply for membership by following the standard admission process.
Membership Revocation
Membership may be revoked immediately for:
- Non-payment of the membership fee beyond 30 calendar days past due.
- Actions, inactions, or comments that negatively impact AAEA's reputation, subject to approval by the AAEA Executive Committee.
- Material violations of the AAEA charter, laws, or regulations.
- Knowingly providing false, misleading, or fabricated application materials.
- Ethics or integrity concerns raised by at least three AAEA members, subject to approval by the AAEA Executive Committee.

AAEA members acknowledge that the investment and business ideas, strategies, and opportunities shared with members or during any AAEA event—whether during meetings, through communication channels, or in any club-related interactions—are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. AAEA does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or potential success of any investment or business ideas or advice shared with members or during any AAEA event.
Investing in business projects or financial markets carries significant risk, including the potential loss of principal. As such, all members must conduct their own due diligence and consult with their own advisors, including, but not limited to, financial advisors, attorneys, certified accountants, or other relevant professionals, before making any investment or business decisions.
By participating in AAEA, members acknowledge and agree that they bear full responsibility for their own investment and business decisions, as well as the outcomes thereof. AAEA, its officers, members, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from any member's investment or business decisions or activities. Members are encouraged to approach investment or business opportunities with caution and thorough due diligence to protect their financial and business interests.
